Eleonora Aiello, MBA, MSc

I am a health economics and market access consultant specializing in Latin American markets.

I have over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 8 years in diagnostics, medical devices, and medical technology.

My professional qualifications include being a licensed pharmacist who holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics. I have also completed postgraduate work in Health Outcomes Research.

Since 2015, I have spearheaded over 80 consulting projects in HEOR and Market Access, from conception to execution, for pharmaceutical, medical device, and consulting companies based in LATAM, Europe, US, and Australia.

Prior to my consulting career, I spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb as a health economics and outcomes research manager in Latin America, and 10 with Wyeth and Pfizer advancing market access and managing health economics and outcomes research.

I’m a detail-oriented, hands-on consultant who enjoys leading or augmenting multidisciplinary teams where team members can flourish personally and professionally.
